Right after we came back from Girls camp I flew to Provo,Utah for a fun-filled week at EFY!! EFY stands for Especially For Youth and is a camp that lasts a week and you basically go to different classes to grow stronger in our religion as mormons. During this week you are in different groups consisting of the colors red, blue, green, and yellow. In each group there are probably a little over 200 people, but then you are split up into companies which have about 22-24 people. You normally become more associated with your company rather than your whole group, but it helps you become really close with those 24 people. I went to EFY last year, but I didn't become nearly as close of friends with my company last year as I did this year. Everyone was just so nice this year!! Here are some pictures form the week:

Where in the world have I been??
These past few weeks have been pretty crazy with Girls camp and EFY, but I have grown spiritually from both trips. First at Girls camp we went to the Kern River as a ward where we went white water rafting down the river. The water is so high this year that a lot of people have died, but even without that thought it was ridiculously fun. At girls camp we also went down natural water slides that seemed sort of scary(and FREEZING!!) but in fact were very fun. Here are a few pictures to show what we did:

You Have 2 Seconds...
Tonight we had our Scripture Mastery Scripture Chase. Oh the suspense when you are one of 15 people left.. All of our hands were shaking, and we were just waiting to flip open to the right page. Sadly, with 2 seconds to find the scripture D&C 10:5 I couldn't flip fast enough. Therefore resulting in me plus 8 other people losing that round. In the end trying to find a scripture in 1 second there was 4 winners, one including my best friend. Congratulations to him! I enjoyed seminary so much this year though!! After an hour or two of studying for the test that you have to get 100% to pass I did pass. Oh the joy of knowing I am awarded with the Huntington, Kimball, Grant Award.. This was a great year of Seminary and I am excited to start it again next year <3

Malfunction Monday: One of Those Crazy Days
Memorial Day is today!! For those of you who weren't aware.. Any family traditions you have for memorial day? Most families in SoCal always go to the beach, but my family goes to my grandma's house every year to celebrate my Great-Grandma's birthday. It's a great excuse to get the family together on a holiday! Today I never really put on regular clothes and ended up wearing the red suit I had posted a picture of on a previous post(Unfortunately I have no pictures of me actually wearing the suit today, but I'm sure in the near future there will be). Let me tell you one thing about this suit: I ABSOLUTELY AM IN LOVE WITH IT!!! And the bright red makes me so excited to wear it to the beach... Ahh the beach... If only school was already out and it was summer. That's still a few weeks away though, so I might as well enjoy the last part of my Freshmen year in High School. I hope everyone' Memorial day was uber fantastic and don't forget to remember the troops who are helping fight the war!!

Malfunction Monday
I am now posting my Monday fashion, and yes you have your days right. It is Tuesday! But I still really love this outfit so I had to post it. This weekend/yesterday I was busy redecorating my bedroom. It's a work in progress, but I'm excited about the results. All I have left is to hang the cork boards, sew the curtains, and make the secret decor. Super excited to see the Final result, and I promise it will be posted about. Anyways, my outfit for the week happens to be a little Indian, since the style is very in fashion:
Top: Forever 21 Sweater: Gap Skirt: ASOS Belt: Gap
I love the pattern on this skirt! The picture is a little blurry and does the skirt no justice at all though
I really like the ruffle with cardigan style right now
The problem with this outfit is the skirt is really hard to walk in without taking small steps, which is hard for me to do. Also, The belt was added because the skirt makes my hips look super wide, and not very good looking!!
